At Dahu Group, we operate two distinct development platforms: a property development and promotion business and a renewable energy development business.

Our residential and commercial property development business targets high-quality housing-led schemes, leveraging strong land strategy, planning expertise, and delivery capability to create long-term value. This includes promoting sites through planning for landowners as well as working on our own development sites.

In parallel our renewable energy business focuses on the origination and development of solar, wind, and energy storage projects across commercial and utility-scale applications. We apply a disciplined, data-driven approach to site selection, planning, grid access, and development execution, progressing assets from early-stage feasibility through to investment-ready status. This platform operates independently from our propertyactivities, with its own development criteria, risk profile, and return objectives.
